McKinney Plumbing Guide provides general information about plumbing problems and a free service that connects you with independent plumbing businesses. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not perform plumbing work. See our referral disclosure.

Information only

Our guides are general information. They are not a substitute for an on-site assessment by a licensed plumber and are not legal, insurance, safety or engineering advice. Plumbing work can involve water, electricity, gas and sewage hazards. Don't attempt anything you aren't confident doing safely, and follow local permit requirements.

Referrals

When we connect you with a plumbing business, any agreement for work is between you and that business. We don't guarantee availability, response times, prices, workmanship or outcomes, and we aren't responsible for the acts or omissions of any business we refer you to. Check licenses and get written estimates before work starts.

Your requests

When you send a request, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you're authorized to request work at the property, and that you agree to be contacted by us and by the plumbing business we refer you to about your request, at the phone number you provide.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false or abusive requests, attempt to interfere with the site, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we provide the site "as is" and aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from work carried out by a business we referred you to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
