We are a referral service

McKinney Plumbing Guide connects people who need plumbing help with independent plumbing businesses. We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee plumbing work, and we don't employ plumbers.

How we are paid

Plumbing businesses we refer people to may pay us a fee, either per referral or as a recurring arrangement. You don't pay us anything. Referral fees are how we fund this site and its free guides.

Because we may be paid by the businesses we refer you to, you should treat a referral as an introduction, not an endorsement of price or quality. You are always free to get other quotes.

What the plumbing business is responsible for

The business you're connected with is independent of us and is solely responsible for:

• Holding any licenses, registrations and insurance the law requires
• Its quotes, prices, scheduling and availability
• The quality of its work, any permits, and any warranty it offers

Before work starts, ask for the plumber's Texas license number and check it with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.

Phone calls

When call tracking is active, calls to the number on this site may be routed through a call-tracking provider and connected directly to a participating plumbing business. We use call tracking to measure which pages help people and to account for referrals. If calls are recorded, you'll hear an announcement at the start of the call.

Our guides are general information for McKinney-area homes. They aren't a substitute for an on-site assessment by a licensed plumber, and they aren't legal, insurance or engineering advice.
